- Associate membership is for a period of THREE years with a membership fee of only Indian Rs. 3,000/- or USD 100.00.
MEMBERSHIP is now open . The AAS is a membership organization comprising Asia scholars who are interested in the promotion and development of Asian Studies in a broader multidisciplinary perspective.
The following are the categories of membership and their required subscription :

WHY ENROLL AS A MEMBER OF ASSOCIATION OF ASIA SCHOLARS?
As an Asia scholar, you will be able to continuously network with this network of Asianists and fellows of the ASF family.
In addition, you will be entitled:
- To be partner in collaborative research projects which the AAS will be a recipient of, from time to time.
- Opportunity to publish your research work and articles in the AAS journal.
- To receive a copy of each of the issues of the biannual Journal, Millennial Asia..
- To be invited for conferences and workshops organized by AAS and its partner organizations. In addition, you will be given priority for being provided local hospitality
- Conference registration fee will be waived off for all AAS members.
- AAS will provide you with regular information on fellowships, as and when available
